Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
This is what we store about you, why, and what we will never do with it, in plain language. FlirtDojo is operated from the European Union, and we follow the GDPR for all users.
What we store
- Account data: your email, username, password (hashed, so we cannot read it), language and country.
- Game data: your conversations with AI opponents, heat/session state, coach reports and scores, progression (XP, belts, quests, streaks).
- Payment data: if you subscribe, our payment provider processes your card. We store the subscription status and history, never your card details.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) kept for security and debugging, and the traffic source your visit arrived from.
Why we store it
- To run the game (contract): conversations and scores are the product. The coach cannot track your progress without your history.
- To process your messages with AI (contract): your messages are sent to our AI infrastructure provider to generate opponent replies and coach feedback. They are processed to serve you, not to build advertising profiles.
- To keep the Service safe (legitimate interest): abuse prevention and debugging via server logs.
- To bill you (contract, legal obligation): subscription and bookkeeping records.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data: conversations, email, any of it, to anyone.
- We do not use your conversations for advertising.
- We do not pretend the AI is human. The mirror image of this policy: you always know who is reading, machine included.
Who we share with
Only processors we need to run the Service: hosting, AI inference, payment processing and email delivery. Each is bound by data-processing agreements and only receives what their job requires.
How long we keep it
- Account and game data: for as long as you have an account. Delete your account and it is gone: profile and conversation history removed.
- Server logs: rotated on a short schedule (days to weeks).
- Billing records: as long as bookkeeping law requires.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us via the contact page and we will handle it. If you are unsatisfied, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The short version: one session cookie so the game knows it is you, no third-party ad tracking on this site. Full details in the Cookie Policy.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
