Refund Policy

This is the practical version of how refunds work at FlirtDojo. The legally complete version is section 7 of the Terms of Service; if the two ever disagree, the Terms win. Purchases are processed by our payment partner Paddle as merchant of record, so refunds are paid out by Paddle to your original payment method.

The short version

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from any purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because VIP starts working the moment you buy it, we deduct a fair share for the days you have already had and refund the rest. No forms, no maze: one clear message to us is enough.

VIP subscription

  • Withdraw within 14 days of your initial purchase and get a refund, minus a proportional amount for the days already elapsed.
  • Example: you cancel a $19.99 month after 6 days. We refund the unused 24 days, roughly $16.
  • Renewals are not separate withdrawals, but you can cancel any renewal with one tap in your account settings, and the subscription simply ends at the period boundary.

Week Pass

  • Same principle: withdraw within 14 days of the purchase and get a refund, minus a proportional amount for the days of the 7-day pass already elapsed.
  • Example: you ask after 2 days. We refund the unused 5 days, about $5.70 of $7.99.
  • The pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

How to ask

Contact us with the email on the account and which purchase you mean. A clear statement that you want a refund is enough. Refunds are paid out by Paddle to your original payment method within 14 days. You can also request a refund directly from the receipt Paddle emailed you.

When we say no

  • Access lost because you broke the Terms is not refunded.
  • Changes to game content, for example a personality being retired or rebalanced, are part of a live game and not a refund reason.
  • Systematic abuse of the withdrawal right (buy, binge, refund, repeat) can be declined to the extent the law allows.

Before you dispute a charge

A charge from us appears on your statement as something like PADDLE.NET* FLIRTDOJO. If a charge looks wrong, talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank: we answer fast and we are reasonable. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Your statutory consumer rights in your country always apply on top of this policy. Nothing here limits them.
