Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FlirtDojo at flirtdojo.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. We have kept them short and honest on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us.

1. What FlirtDojo is

FlirtDojo is a training game. You have text conversations with AI-generated characters ("opponents") and receive AI-generated feedback on your conversation skills. Every opponent is artificial. No opponent is a real person, and nothing an opponent says is a statement by a human being.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your login and for keeping your password to yourself. Give us a working email, since that is how we reach you about your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your profile and conversation history.

4. Subscriptions & payment

  • The free tier is free. No card is required to start playing.
  • VIP is a recurring subscription billed at the price shown when you subscribe ($9.99/month unless stated otherwise), until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime in your account settings with one tap. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep VIP access until then.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
  • If a payment fails repeatedly, your plan drops back to free. Nothing is deleted.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, no using it to generate or extract unlawful content, no reselling access. The Service is PG-13 by design. Attempts to push AI opponents into explicit content are against these terms and are blocked by the product anyway.

6. AI-generated content

Conversations and coach feedback are generated by AI. They are made for training and entertainment: not professional advice of any kind, whether psychological, medical or otherwise. AI can be wrong, weird or unfair. The coach's score is a game mechanic, not a verdict on you as a person.

7. Your content

You own what you write. You give us the license we need to run the Service, which means storing and processing your messages so the game and your coach reports work. We do not sell your conversations. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Our content

The Service, including its characters, artwork, game mechanics, copy and code, belongs to FlirtDojo and is protected by law. Do not copy or redistribute it beyond normal personal use. Screenshots of your own results are obviously fine. That is half the fun.

9. Changes and availability

We improve the game continuously, which means features, opponents and content evolve. We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You can leave anytime by deleting your account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we will say why unless the law prevents it.
